A love story is never only about two people. It is about the families around them, the hopes and fears they carry, and whether a tender, stubborn love can hold its shape under all that weight. Drawn with rare honesty, this is a novel that will feel like a story that happened to you, or to someone you know.

The Journey

How a first book finds its voice

Every book begins long before the first page. Mine began in the cadence of Telugu spoken at home, in stories passed across generations, and in a stubborn belief that the language I love deserves new fiction, written by the women living its everyday joys and quiet battles.

Writing నాలో ఉన్న ప్రేమ taught me that a story is built not in grand gestures but in small, honest ones. What carried me through was a simple promise: to write the kind of book I had always wanted to read, and to finish it.

Publishing a first novel is its own education: in patience, in trusting your voice, and in the unexpected kindness of readers who become friends. I am still learning. But I am no longer waiting for permission.

Roots

Family, home, and giving back

Every story she tells is rooted in where she comes from, and from a family that believed service is the truest form of success.

The family that shaped her

Her father, Sri Lakshmi Narayana Chava, served as a respected Bank Manager with Nagarjuna Grameena Bank before his retirement. Her mother, Smt. Padmavathi Chava, is a homemaker. Priya shares a special bond with her sister, Madhavi Chava, who has been a lifelong companion and supporter.Priya is married to Jithendra Ganji, entrepreneur and founder of TechGrit Inc, software development services company. Together, they are proud parents of two children: Pranav Ganji and Akshara Ganji. Family remains at the heart of Priya’s journey, inspiring her personal growth, creativity, and pursuit of meaningful endeavors.

A childhood worth remembering

A proud alumni of the Navodaya school system, she never forgot what a good government school gave her. She has spent years giving it back. Her giving back is written most clearly in the government school at Inugurthy

Her father's legacy

Sri Lakshmi Narayana Chava spent his career as a Bank Manager with Nagarjuna Grameena Bank, serving rural communities before his retirement. His decades of quiet service to those communities run through everything his daughter carries into her writing and her giving back

Giving back to the village

Her giving back is written most clearly in the government school at Inugurthy, near Kesamudram in Telangana. Working with the District NRI Foundation chapters in both Warangal and Khammam, she helped raise over five thousand dollars to build a girls’ restroom block, donated TVs and projectors to government schools in the district, established the school’s first library through the Rural Library Foundation, and equipped it with a computer lab and a dedicated teacher. Today she and her husband coordinate morning and after-school learning programs at the school, recruiting volunteer teachers who give those children the consistency and care most government schools cannot provide alone.

Gratitude
కృతజ్ఞతలు

No book is written alone.

నాలో ఉన్న ప్రేమ exists because of the people who believed in it before there was anything to believe in: family who gave me room to write, friends who read early and rough pages, mentors who were honest when honesty was what I needed, and readers who turned a quiet first book into a conversation.

To each of you: thank you.
